Develop, implement and create cases from mobile application to salesforce inside service cloud. Use force.com, visual force, apex, java, JavaScript Salesforce Inspector, Data Modelling, Tableau Integration App, Informatica, and other web technologies. Customize standard objects, creating custom objects, triggers, rules, etc. Develop console and write SOQL/SOSL Queries Release/change management, using multiple sandboxes and changesets. Integrate Salesforce and CTI/Telephonic in a call center application. Manage Salesforce essential functions such as User/role/profiles/sharing rules including SSO, two factors, certificate, API Gateway management. Use data loader tools for importing/export data in salesforce. Travel to unanticipated to client locations throughout the U.S. for short term or long term assignments
Salary: $115,918 /year
Work Schedule: 8:30 am-5:30pm; 40 Hrs/week (M-F)
Requirements: BS or foreign equivalent inComp Sc or related + 2 years of IT exp using Salesforce Inspector, Data Modelling, Tableau Integration App, and Informatica
